Joe" Lampert Joseph H. "Joe" Lampert, son of the late Herbert E. and Frances "Kitty" Lampert passed away peacefully on March 24, 2018. He is survived by his wife, Jocelyn and his three children, Michealle Hovey, Joseph "Todd" Lampert and Melanie Lewis, who are children of his former wife, C. Diane Lampert; eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Joe was born in Fredericksburg, Virginia where he attended James Monroe High School and graduated from Stafford Senior High School. He began his career as a Land Surveyor with Robert R. Kim & Associates and proceeded on to own his own construction company, Heritage Site Development. Joe retired from the construction industry at an early age whereupon he and his wife embarked on a new endeavor, his namesake, "Crazy Joe's Christmas Tree Farm" in Elkwood, Virginia. In 2013, he and Jocelyn moved to Aiken, South Carolina where this nickname followed him to the golf course. Joe was an avid golfer, and he enjoyed every round no matter how well he played. A family gathering of friends will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family wishes for contributions to be made to the charity of one's choice.
